A Hands-On, Eat-What-You-Make Workshop! Stretch, knead, and savor your way through an unforgettable evening of cheese and pizza making—Gypsy Cowgirl style.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll make fresh mozzarella together as a group, learning the simple but magical process of turning milk into soft, stretchy cheese right before your eyes. You’ll taste along the way, ask questions, and discover tips for making fresh cheese at home with confidence. Each participant will then mix and prepare their own pizza dough to take home, so you can recreate the experience in your own kitchen. We’ll also fire up the on-site pizza oven to cook and enjoy pizzas together, showcasing how fresh ingredients and the right tools can elevate even the simplest meal.
This class is part demonstration, part hands-on, and all about good food, good company, and learning practical skills you’ll actually use.

In this hands-on canning workshop, we’ll transform fresh summer produce into flavorful relishes perfect for burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and pantry shelves. Whether you’re brand new to canning or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is designed to make home food preservation approachable, practical, and fun.
Together we’ll cover the basics of safe water bath canning while preparing a delicious batch of traditional summer relish. We’ll also explore a second refrigerator-style relish variation with a fun twist in flavor that participants can take home and enjoy fresh.
You’ll learn helpful tips for prepping vegetables, balancing flavors, proper jar filling techniques, and safe processing methods so you can confidently recreate the process in your own kitchen.

From Ranch To Bun
A Hands-On Burger and Salad FUN! Workshop for Kids! 8ys-12ys 10A-11:30A
Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of cooking, learning, and burger-building — Gypsy Cowgirl style.
In this hands-on workshop, kids will learn how simple, fresh ingredients come together to create an all-American favorite from scratch. We’ll talk about where our food comes from, explore basic kitchen skills, and prepare a delicious burger meal step-by-step together.
Participants will make fresh burger patties, mix up a special sauce, prepare toppings, and build their own burgers just the way they like them. We’ll also make a simple homemade side and enjoy our meal together at the end of class.
Along the way, kids will gain confidence in the kitchen while learning safe food prep skills, teamwork, and the importance of real, wholesome ingredients. Each child will also go home with one pound of locally grown ground beef so they can recreate the experience with their family at home.
This workshop is designed to be fun, relaxed, educational, and full of laughter — perfect for young cooks who love to get hands-on in the kitchen.
Participants will:
