Curious about canning but not quite ready to jump in?  This FREE canning workshop/DEMO is designed as an easy, no-pressure introduction to the world of home preserving.  We’ll walk thru the basic canning equipment, explain the differences between water-bath canning, steam canning and pressure canning.  This is a demo-style event, meaning you’ll watch, learn and ask questions.  It’s the perfect opportunity to understand how canning works before investing in supplies or signing up for a full workshop.  Whether you are brand new or just need a refresher, this session will help you feel informed and confident.
